Our service is backed by a warranty
entitling you to some or all of your money back if enough
disputed items are not deleted, updated, or improved. Here's
how the warranty works. After you have been a client for 12
months, if you feel Evolution Credit has not been successful,
you can request an evaluation of your account. You must send
us current credit reports.
We will calculate the total value of all successfully deleted
and/or improved items and compare that amount to the fees
you have paid us. If what you have paid exceeds the value
of deleted items we will reimburse you the difference. To
determine the total value of our service we count the number
of items we successfully deleted from your credit report and
multiply that by $50 per item. This does not mean
that we will charge $50 in addition to our regular fees. Rather,
we use the value of $50 per deleted item to determine if we
created spectacular value for you (or not.)
For example: If after 12 months we have deleted/improved
only 3 items from your credit reports. You started with 25
negative items, 22 of which remain. Your refund would be computed
as follows:
Your cost for 12 months: $528.00
($99.00 initial + 11 months @ $39.00/ea)
Value of services rendered: $150.00
(3 deletions @ $50.00/ea)
Amount you owe: $0
Amount you get back: $378.00
Now imagine: After 12 months we
have successfully deleted/improved 20 of the 25 negative items
on your credit reports. Your refund would be computed as follows:
Your cost for 12 months: $528.00
($99.00 initial + 11 months @ $39.00/ea)
Value of services rendered: $1000.00
(20 deletions @ $50.00/ea)
Amount you owe: $0
Amount you get back: $0
You will not owe money if the results exceed the
amount your have paid. This warranty protects you and gives
us true incentive to achieve results.
