Evolution Credit makes the process as easy as possible for you. Follow these five simple steps and you will begin evolving your credit into something better.

step 1 - Sign up online and create your user account.
The process begins by filling out the necessary information online. Once we receive your information, you can immediately log into your account and begin disputing.

step 2 - Forward your credit reports to Evolution Credit.
You begin the process by forwarding to us copies of your credit reports from all three of the major credit bureaus. The credit bureaus only correspond directly with you and do not copy Evolution Credit. Without receiving these updated reports we have no way of knowing which items were removed successfully.

Updated reports can be mailed (preferred), faxed, or e-mail to Evolution Credit. Please remember that copies must be legible to avoid delays processing your file. Repeat this process EVERY time you receive correspondence from the credit bureaus.

step 3 - Choose disputes or create your own online.
Once your credit reports are received we will enter the information into our database. Using our online account service you then choose which items to dispute. This may sound complicated, but it is not. The proprietary software created by Evolution Credit was designed to be easy to use.

Just log into your account and click on the “My Disputes” tab. Select which disputes to approve and click the “Approve” button. The disputes you create are automatically approved for faster service.

step 4 - Evolution Credit works your disputes.
We will dispute items you approved or created by with the appropriate credit bureaus. During this time you don’t have to do anything except wait for the correspondence from the credit bureaus to arrive at your house. This process will repeat every 30 days as long as your account is in good standing. We will also send you monthly account updates.

step 5 - Forward all correspondences and updates to Evolution Credit.
When you receive a response from the credit bureau, make a copy of the updated report for your records. Then send the original to Evolution Credit so we can work your disputes. This is probably the most important step.

Evolution Credit does receive copies from the credit bureaus so please provide them to us. This step is VERY important to this process. These updates will allow us to maximize your experience and get the results you want.
